U.S. orders ship via FedEx Express, with flat fees based on order amount, while international orders ship via Global-E Express. Certain exclusions apply, and additional surcharges may be assessed for remote deliveries. Tommy's Girl is not responsible for issues arising from orders sent to forwarding companies and does not ship to specific countries. Products containing sunscreen cannot be shipped to Canada, and customers are responsible for any import fees, customs duties, or local taxes. If you're not completely satisfied with your Tommy's Girl order, you can return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and lightly used in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed after the return is received, minus original shipping charges, and may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your account, though any delays from your bank or credit card company are not the responsibility of Tommy's Girl. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, and customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.
